Meet the Chef
Chef Ken Brookside Country Club is proud to have its entire dining operation led by Executive Chef, Kenneth J. Bucholtz. Chef Ken received his degree at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has been with Brookside Country Club since 1995.
Chef Ken and his talented staff are renowned for being the best of the best in our community. Whether they are creating dishes for our members during a la carte dining or serving the community at a 900 person event, the food is always impeccable.
Chef Ken has received numerous gold and silver medals when competing in the American Culinary Federation competitions, was voted the Most Impressive Chef" by the Canton Repository in 2003 and received the "Chef of the Year" award by the American Culinary Federation of Greater Canton in 1998, 2006 and 2015!
Members have the unique opportunity to host a Chef's Table at Brookside Country Club. A exclusive, private dinner party for 6-8 people, members and their guests are dazzled by Chef Ken and his staff while they watch and learn about how their five-course menu is prepared, cooked and served.
All delectable menus are accompanied by appropriate wines. Enjoy the rare opportunity to experience the true workings of an Executive Chef lead kitchen!
